THE CHALLENGE
Gyms and leisure facilities face a mountain of regulatory pressure. Adhering to critical standards like ISO 9001 and 45001 is essential for safety and quality, yet the process of creating the necessary documentation is often prohibitively expensive, intimidating and time-consuming. GymBee approached Paladin with a vision to disrupt this archaic process. They needed a digital platform that could not only host compliance management tools but intelligently generate the vast quantities of bespoke documentation required to meet strict international standards.
THE PALADIN APPROACH
We engineered a sophisticated web platform and application that serves as the brain of GymBee’s operation. At its core, we implemented a robust automation architecture using Make, integrated with a suite of carefully selected Large Language Models. This system ingests the requirements of six distinct standards (ISO 9001, 27001, 45001, 14001, 20957 and 10002) and cross-references them with the specific details of a client’s facility. The result is the instant generation of a fully tailored documentation suite. We ensured the user experience went beyond simple document creation by building a framework that helps facility managers understand, maintain and implement their new compliance protocols effortlessly.
