THE CHALLENGE
Aether Health processed over 5,000 handwritten and digital intake forms monthly. Clinical staff were spending hours manually extracting symptoms and medical history, delaying patient care and increasing the risk of human error.
THE PALADIN APPROACH
We developed a multi-modal pipeline using Google Gemini to extract structured data from diverse document types. We fine-tuned the extraction engine to recognise complex medical terminology and integrated a 'human-in-the-loop' verification dashboard built in React.
